Please note that whatever paid plan you choose, you must supply the association with ALL copies of your business insurance certificates required to run your business. These insurances could include some or all of the following:

  • Public Liability
  • Personal indemnity
  • Employees Liability 
  • Vehicle Fleet Insurance
  • Cyber Insurance

We are unable to include your business in the directory if the relevant insurance documents are not made available for inspection each year you are registered (Endorsed Membership and above).

Accredited Members and above, must also make themselves available for an online video call to establish contact and an understanding of the business and it’s target audience. This is to also assist us with our verification process. 

Please send all relevant documents required to sean@trustedbusinesscommunity.com stating the business name and position you hold within the organisation. We can only accept documents from the business owner or an official decision maker from within the company. The ‘Badge of Trust’ will only be given out to Endorsed Membership and above. Networking Members will not have the use of ‘The Badge of Trust’.

Should you wish to be considered as a Premier Partner Business, working alongside us for a minimum of 2 years, please email us prior to joining for more information and to arrange an interview. This level also comes with an optional £1000.00 Interest Free Credit to spend on your business and Built In Networking at no extra cost. (T&C’s Apply) please ask for details. 

  • You can choose to pay online by visiting our ‘Join The Community’ page and click on our ‘PayPal Button’ making the relevant payment for your chosen plan. Please confirm your business when making payment in the PayPal payment link, so that we can administer your plan correctly. Alternatively, you can contact us to either subscribe via Bacs payment or ask us for the GoCardless link that is relevant to your chosen plan and pay through this method. Silvatree Trading Platform can also be used for payment. Please contact us in the first instance.
