Please note that whatever paid plan you choose, you must supply the association with ALL copies of your business insurance certificates required to run your business. These insurances could include some or all of the following:

  • Public Liability
  • Personal indemnity
  • Employees Liability 
  • Vehicle Fleet Insurance

We are unable to include your business in the directory if the relevant insurance documents are not made available for inspection each year you are registered. 

Full Accredited Members must also make themselves available for an online video call to establish contact and an understanding of the business and it’s target audience. This is to also assist us with our verification process. 

Please send all relevant documents required to info@trustedbusinesscommunity.com stating the business name and position you hold within the organisation. We can only accept documents from the business owner or an official decision maker from within the company. A certificate of membership will only be given out to Full Accredited and Affiliated Members. 365 Day Free Listed businesses will not receive a certificate of membership.
